very fast shipping, great communication, and very helpful with custom modifications. highly recommend!

Nicely embroidered, well packaged. My background and reverse side was a different fabric than the one pictured, but still patriotic. If I had it to do again, I would request a color for the personalization - mine was a shade of blue which on the fabric I received would have showed up better in red.

Absolutely adorable! Made very well! It is perfect on my small jack Russell but maybe a bit larger would have worked better on my bigger Jack Russell.
