It's Bubble Season
Posted by CYNTHIA JENSEN on
Blowing bubbles was a favorite activity when I was a kid, and it's still a great activity with the dogs! But most bubbles that are sold in stores contain toxic ingredients that can harm the pups if they ingest too much.
Here's a great recipe you can use to make your own bubbles from 100% plant based, food grade products that will keep your pups entertained all summer long!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Seventh Generation® Fragrance Free Dish Soap
- 1 cup distilled water
- 1 tsp vegetable based, food grade Glycerin
- 1 tsp bacon grease
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put into a sealable container. Let stand overnight. Refrigerate for longer lasting bubbles.
Of course, if you don't want to make your own, you can always get them from us - along with a paw print bubble blower for just $8 for a 4 oz bottle.
Happy Summer everyone!
