Everyone knows that there is nothing like a puppy for sheer cuteness, and that all important "Awww" factor. And yes, I will say it here, there is absolutely nothing in the world quite as wonderful as puppy breath!
24/7 Wall Street released their list of the 20 dogs that stay puppies the longest. The list was created based on lifespan, size, temperament, and of all things - cuteness.
The only larger breed to make the list is the Golden Retriever, with a nod given to their overall cuteness from puppy to adult, and generally laid back temperament. Otherwise, the Terrier and Toy groups dominate the list.
